Current project: I study the contribution of glutamatergic circuits in the expression of cue-triggered food seeking behaviors in pre-clinical models of obesity-vulnerable individuals. 

Other interests: I am broadly interested in understanding the underlying neural mechanisms driving behaviors mediated via Pavlovian learning processes.

Career Goals: To become a principle investigator.

Hobbies: I am a 62Kg USAPL and USSF powerlifiter. In my spare time, I garden, forage (mushrooms, berries, ramps etc) and mess around with photography.
