Steven Harte

My research is focused on studying mechanisms of chronic pain and its treatment across the translational spectrum using preclinical models, quantitative sensory testing, and human neuroimaging. Specific interests include multi-sensory integration and amplification in chronic pain patients, pain affect, environmental influences on pain perception, endogenous pain modulation, and development of novel sensory measurement technologies.
